I’m a highly experienced business coach, mentor and advisor, and the founder of Excellerator Limited — a consultancy dedicated to helping ambitious businesses grow, evolve and thrive.

With over 40 years’ experience as a CEO, Director, and Non-Executive Director, I bring deep commercial insight and a strong track record of success across business development, sales, and marketing — both in the UK and internationally. My career has spanned high-tech, corporate, and start-up environments, often in technology-led sectors, where I’ve consistently built and led high-performing teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
